Packages
Package feature allows you to make a package with services and sell them once. The "Packages" add-on enhances the functionality of Booknetic by introducing package-based booking options. It allows users to create packages consisting of multiple services, offering bundled pricing. You can select and book these packages, streamlining the booking process for customers.
Installation
- Purchase and download the "Packages" add-on from the Boostore.
Usage
1. Creating Packages:
- Navigate to the "Packages" section in the Booknetic menu.
- Click on "+ Add Package" to open the modal.
- Fill in package details, including name, duration, description, etc.
- Specify services, appointment numbers, and staff allocation.
- Set pricing.
- Save the package.
2. Booking with Packages:
- Customers can view and select packages from the services step of booking panel.
- Follow the booking flow, selecting location (if applicable), selecting staff (if applicable), selecting package, providing information, and confirming the booking. After it there will be a list of slots of services, which users can make appointments with using them, the list also will be at the customer panel.
4. Managing Packages:
- Admins can edit or delete packages from the "Packages" section.
5. Managing package purchase:
- Navigate to the "Packages Purchase" section in the Booknetic menu.
- Admins can use the free slot of Packages Purchase with scheduling Service appointment.
